ArmoryWar
Build the perfect loadout. Then let it fight.
Armory War is a pixel-art auto-battler roguelite. You never swing a sword — you choose the sword, the shield, the rune and the ring, forge them, socket them and star them, and then watch your champion fight on their own. Every win and every loss is the build's.
⚠️ This is a beta. The whole run is playable from start to finish, but balance is still moving and your feedback decides what changes next. See Feedback below.
How a run works
- Pick a champion. Four classes, each with its own stats and a passive that changes how they play.
- Pick your item packs. 8 themed packs, 124 items. The shop only ever offers items from the packs you chose, so a narrow pick means a sharper, more focused run.
- Shop, then fight. You start with a weapon in your bag. Buy gear, equip it on a 12-slot paperdoll, and send your champion into a fully automatic battle.
- 25 fights, 5 bosses, 5 lives. Only a win moves the run forward. Every loss costs a life; lose five and the run is over.
- Every fight pays. Win or lose, you come back with gold, experience and Star Dust — and a freshly restocked shop.
The four champions
- Warrior — Bulwark. The most HP and armor, the least stamina. Last Stand: the first killing blow each fight leaves them at 20% HP instead.
- Mage — Glass Cannon. Top attack, deep stamina, paper-thin body. Arcane Efficiency: active items cost 15% less stamina.
- Archer — All-Rounder. Solid attack, enough bulk to survive a mistake. The safest first run. Storm Ward: starts every fight with +15% storm resistance.
- Rogue — Duelist. The best stamina regeneration in the game; active items trigger relentlessly. First Blood: the only class born with crit chance (10%), doubled for the first 10 seconds.
Eight packs, eight ways to win
- Ironclad — Plain steel, and plenty of it
- Nightblade — Precision, and never being there
- Arcanum — Thin robes, sharp minds
- Tempest — Hit first, hit often, don't get hit
- Emberforge — Everything into the swing
- Bloodpact — Their HP is your HP
- Sanctum — Refuse to die
- Venom — Let the fight rot
Three ways to make an item stronger
- Forge — combine three items of the same type and rarity into one of the next rarity: Common → Rare → Epic → Legendary.
- Socket — drop a Stone onto any item for permanent bonus stats. Better rarities hold more Stones.
- Star — spend Star Dust to raise an item's main stats, up to ★15. The first five stars are guaranteed. After that, every attempt is a gamble.
Don't need something? Sell it for gold, or melt it down for three times the Star Dust.
The details that make it a game
- Active items — runes, potions, necklaces and rings fire on their own during the fight: barriers, heals, poison, stuns, blinding, silence, execute, thorns, rebirth and more.
- Bosses with a signature move — some burn off your poisons and stuns every 15 seconds, some enrage at half health, and the final boss — a monster, not a champion — calls the storm early.
- A Treasure Goblin — fight 7 won't fight back. Hit it as hard as you can before it flees: every point of damage is gold.
- The Storm — 60 seconds into any fight, a storm starts hitting both fighters, and it grows every 10 seconds. No stalemates, ever.
- A shop you can plan around — freeze an offer so re-rolls skip it, and hold that Legendary until you can afford it.
- Readable at a glance — every item card shows its rarity, the class it suits best, and whether it's an upgrade over what you're wearing.
- Every finished run counts — each one adds starting gold to your next (up to +200), win or lose.

Feedback
This beta exists to be told what's wrong with it. Most useful to hear:
- Where did your run end, and with which class? The Run Summary screen shows it — a screenshot of it is perfect.
- Which fight felt unfair, and which felt too easy?
- Was any item, pack or class clearly better (or useless)?
- Anything confusing on the Market, Forge or Star Forge screens?
- Bugs: what you did, what happened, and what you expected.
